A lovely day with birds of prey!

We had the most wonderful day at the Hawk Conservancy, near Andover. The birds of prey were absolutely stunning! I have decided to devote this blog to showing a montage of gorgeous birds of prey crafted items on Folksy. Please click on the pictures to be taken to the items in the designers shops.... ........................................................................................................... Please take a moment to enjoy all these gorgeous birds of prey and spend a moment browsing the designers shops. Thanks so much, Jacqueline x

  1. I love birds of prey as well. In past years we have been lucky enough to see Golden Eagles and once a White Tailed Sea Eagle, flying free in Scotland.

We also saw a brilliant bird of prey demonstration at Dunrobin Castle on the East coast of Scotland near Golspie.

Where I live in Preston, Lancashire we often see red kites in the sky looking for road kill on the local bypass.

Great choices Jacqueline and thank you for featuring my Owls Book Cover.

  2. Hi Jacqueline, your collection is gorgeous. We've always held a fascination with birds of prey, it's a pity there's so few about these days.

The prints of the hawk and barn owl are amazing, and we love the detail in the embroidered eagle. Thanks for featuring our feather earrings too.

  4. Thank you so much for including my embroidered Eagle picture in you birds of prey blog, so kind of you!

I love the pictures, I really wish I had a talent for painting and drawing, but unfortunately that crafting talent never came to me, I find it totally awesome that people can capture these amazing creatures in ink and paints.
